Long-time NOVA water polo player and foodie, Dave Jacobs was quoted this week in a blog released by District Taco.
Jacobs, who hails from southern California's water polo hotbed, described the wonders of the California burrito. His teammates would say his expertise on burritos rivals that of his knowledge of water polo and cryptocurrency.
